Loop Assistant is an assistant that helps you track completed work, manage invoicing, and follow up on payments via SMS and Telegram (WhatsApp coming soon). The Service includes:
When you sign up for Loop Assistant via SMS, you consent to receive automated and service-related messages. Our SMS program is used to deliver job tracking, invoice reminders, and related notifications. You may receive messages from an automated system.
By providing your phone number, you represent that you are authorized to use it.

Reply STOP to cancel and opt out of SMS at any time. Reply HELP for help. If you opt out, you can re-subscribe later by texting us again and completing the opt-in flow.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
You opt in by texting our number. After you text, you will receive a one-time confirmation prompt; you must reply YES to confirm (double opt-in). Once you have opted in, you will receive service messages as described above until you reply STOP.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro tier subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us at contact@loop-assistant.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available for:
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WEB CANARIES LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEB CANARIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may stop using the Service at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS or Telegram message or by contacting us at contact@loop-assistant.com. If you have a paid subscription, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WEB CANARIES LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
