Loop works through SMS and Telegram. When you finish a job, you text Loop—for example, "Done Mike $450 website fixes." Loop logs the job, helps you track what is invoiced and paid, and nudges you with reminders so nothing slips through. On the Pro plan with QuickBooks Online connected, Loop can create and send invoices in QuickBooks from your messages.
Does Loop Assistant integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes. The Pro plan includes QuickBooks Online integration. After you connect your account, Loop can create invoices in QuickBooks when you log a completed job via SMS or Telegram (using your customer records and defaults). The Free plan still includes job logging and reminders without QuickBooks.
How much does Loop Assistant cost?
Loop has a Free plan with 10 total jobs and 20 messages per day. Pro is $19.99 per month when billed annually, or $29.99 per month when billed monthly, with unlimited jobs, QuickBooks integration, higher message limits, and priority support.
