End-User License Agreement

1. License Grant

WEB CANARIES LLC ("we," "our," or "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Loop Assistant ("Service") for your internal business purposes, subject to this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") and our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, you accept this EULA. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by us
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or attempt to derive its source code
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
Use the Service for any purpose other than your internal business use in accordance with our Terms of Service
Circumvent any technical limitations or use the Service in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms (including messaging and platform rules)

3. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may revoke or suspend your license at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this EULA or our Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 4. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEB CANARIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. Additional disclaimers and limitations are set forth in our Terms of Service.

5. Governing Law and Disputes

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WEB CANARIES LLC is incorporated. Disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA or the Service shall be resolved as set forth in our Terms of Service (including binding arbitration where applicable).
