Payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you make a payment, Stripe collects and processes your payment information. We receive information about your subscription status and payment history, but not your full payment card details.
We use Supabase (PostgreSQL database) to store your account information, job data, and service usage data. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

When you connect QuickBooks to Loop Assistant, we integrate with Intuit QuickBooks. That connection may share business and contact information, customer names, invoice and payment data, and similar information necessary to sync with your QuickBooks account (for example, to create or update customers and invoices). Intuit processes this data in accordance with Intuit's privacy policy and your agreement with Intuit. We do not sell this data to Intuit or any third party.
We collect your phone number and SMS message content and metadata (e.g. message text, timestamps) to deliver our Service, including invoice reminders, payment follow-ups, job tracking updates, and account notifications.
We share this information with our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver SMS messages to you.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
